Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy
At BoxiGloves, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want to make sure youโre completely confident when shopping with us. Please review our policies below regarding cancellations, returns, and exchanges.
Cancellation Policy
Once your order is placed, a confirmation email or SMS will be sent to you. You have 24 hours from the time of order confirmation to request a cancellation.
- To cancel your order, simply reply to the confirmation message or contact us via email or phone within 24 hours.
- If your cancellation request is received within this time frame, your order will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.
- A confirmation email for the refund will be sent once the cancellation is processed.
Please Note:
- Orders not canceled within 24 hours will automatically move into the fulfillment stage.
- If you cancel your order after it enters processing, only 50% of the order value will be refunded due to handling and processing costs.
- Once the order is dispatched, it can no longer be canceled, but you may still return it (see return policy below).
Return Policy
We accept returns for most new, unused, and unopened items within 7 days of delivery.
- You will receive a full refund for the returned product if it meets our return criteria.
- If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item), weโll cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is for any other reason, return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Timeframe: Refunds are typically processed within 7โ10 business days after we receive the returned item. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 30 days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchange Policy
We offer product exchanges within 7 days of delivery for items that are:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- Undamaged
Once we receive the item for exchange and verify its condition, we will dispatch the replacement product.
Note:
- All shipping costs related to returning and receiving the exchanged item are the responsibility of the customer.
